Jaguars-Bucs Club Seat Contest Rules

Watch Eyewitness News At 10 p.m., Be 4th Caller

To play: Viewers are directed to watch Channel 4 at 10 on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2003, for their chance to win two club seat tickets to the Buccaneers vs. the Jaguars game on Nov. 30, 2003. A phone number will be shown between the times of 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. At that time, viewers will be told to call in to WJXT studios. The fourth caller wins the concert tickets.

You must be 18 years or older to enter. No purchase is necessary. This contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws. All federal, state and other taxes arising from this contest are the winner's responsibility and will not be paid by WJXT.

Employees and their immediate family members of WJXT, Post-Newsweek Stations Florida Inc., their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies are not eligible to participate in this contest.

The value of the prize is $351.62. A total of one prize will be awarded. The prize consists of two club seat tickets to the Buccaneers/Jaguars game on Nov. 30, 2003. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of callers.

Winners will be declared by WJXT. All decisions are final. The winner will be notified by phone and must stop by WJXT during business hours to confirm identity. Two proofs of identity will be required by winner.

If you win this contest, you must sign a release to allow us to use your name, picture or likeness for purposes of future WJXT contest promotion without further compensation. WJXT, Post-Newsweek Stations Florida, Inc., their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies will not be held liable for any losses, injuries or damages resulting from acceptance or participation in prizes.

Winners will be required to execute forms releasing WJXT, Post-Newsweek Stations Florida, Inc., their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies from any and all liabilities prior to receiving any prize. Non-compliance with these rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winners may be required to fill out an IRS 1099 form. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
