Three Charged With Murder In Waycross
Three Ware County residents have been arrested in connection with a murder in Waycross in November.
Dexter Caradine, Octavia Armstrong, and LaToya Thompson were charged with the Nov. 12 murder of Hugh Thomas "Tommy" Allen. Allen's badly decomposed body was found at his Scruggs Street home by a relative.
Authorities said the 60-year-old Allen died of a gunshot wound several days before he was found. Police officials have so far not released any more information about the arrests or the possible motive for the shooting.
