The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office also has an arrest warrant for Paul Nicholas Toler Jr., 20.

Lawrence Baxter Sr. was found dead near the front door of his John Street home by his wife, who was in another room at the time. An autopsy determined that he died of a gunshot wound.

Baxter was a father to 11 children and had 33 grandchildren.

Detectives investigating the homicide developed enough evidence to charge all four suspects with the murder.

Toler, whose last known address was in the 1500 block of A1A South, is a Hispanic male with short black hair and a goatee. He is 6 feet tall, weighs 180 pounds. He has multiple tattoos on both arms and his neck and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with any information on Toler's location is asked to contact the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office at (904) 824-8304.
