ORANGE PARK, Fla. – Detectives investigating what was first reported as a home-invasion robbery said they cannot tell if the two people shot at the scene were those attacked or the aggressors.
Clay County deputies called to the Cedar Bend apartments on Crabapple Court off Wells Road about 7 p.m. said as many as nine people were in the apartment when there was an exchange of gunfire.

Rashad Follins, 19, of Orange Park, was shot several times, according to deputies. He was transported to Shands-Jacksonville Medical Center, where he was in critical but stable condition on Monday morning.
"It appears that there are life-threatening ... to one of the individuals involved," said Clay County Sheriff's Office Lt. Joe Bucci. "It's unclear if he was a suspect or victim."
Roger Vickery was also taken to Shands, where he was treated for a minor gunshot wound and released.
A third person was injured when he was struck with a pistol, but the injuries did not require hospitalization, deputies said.
All nine people believed to have been in the apartment at the time were interviewed, but deputies said no one was arrested as of Monday morning.
Investigators said a small amount of marijuana and three guns were confiscated form the area of the apartment.
