ANTIOCH, Tenn. – Joe Overstreet, the cousin of Misty Cummings, who have each been connected to the search for missing Satsuma girl Haleigh Cummings, was arrested Sunday in a SWAT raid in Antioch, Tenn., on drug charges.
Another man, Justin Hogue, was also arrested at the home on theft and drug charges. Overstreet was charged with manufacturing marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He has since been released on bond.

Tennessee police said they were called to the house where Overstreet lives outside Nashville to follow up on a tip about an assault and attempted robbery.
Police said the car used in the assault was spotted at Overstreet's home.
When officers looked around, they said they also found marijuana plants growing in the back yard.
Putnam County investigators questioned Overstreet in April about the 5-year-old's disappearance in February 2009. Overstreet told reporters he did not know what happened to Haleigh.
"I can't say nothing about it," he said in April. "I want to say something, but I don't know what to say."
Overstreet's name first surfaced publicly in April when his grandmother said her other grandson, Hank Croslin Jr., called her from jail and told her that his cousin, Overstreet, kidnapped Haleigh.
Overstreet denied that and has never been charged with anything related to the missing girl's case.
Overstreet was visiting family in Putnam County the night Haleigh vanished. Investigators have said they think he is the key to solving the Haleigh case, which investigators said is now considered a homicide investigation.
Misty Cummings was the last person known to have seen the girl the night she disappeared.
