When Jones died on Monday and the cause of death was ruled homicide, the charges against Nealey were upgraded to murder. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office released Jones' name and information about the charges on Wednesday.

Neighbors in the Bentwood neighborhood told Channel 4 the shots came after what appeared to be a dispute between two men who knew each other.
