Deputies: Man Gave Tattoos To Minors

Beine, who is known as Kevin Price, had recently been arrested in Columbia County, and deputies said they found out through a Facebook account. Deputies said they matched Beine's mug shot with a photo of him listed under Price's Facebook account.

One victim, a 12-year-old girl, told deputies she got a tattoo with initials on her left pelvic area. Deputies said the girl was able to identify Beine in a photo lineup.

The girl told deputies that Beine was paid $20 for the minors to get tattoos. The ages of the other two minors were not mentioned in a police report.

Beine was arrested at his home, where deputies said they found tattoo guns in his bedroom.

Under Florida law, children under 16 may not get a tattoo. Those who are 16 and 17 can get one with parental permission.
