Vehicle hits pedestrian in Neptune Beach
Pedestrian transported to Shands Medical Center, condition unknown
No description foundJACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A pedestrian was hit early Tuesday morning crossing Penman Road at Marvone Lane in Neptune Beach.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, an older man was hit around 6:40 a.m. and was transported to Shands Jacksonville Medical Center.
According to the FHP, the man's injuries were not life-threatening.
Channel 4's Emily Turner talked to the driver, who said it was foggy and he did not see the man in time to avoid hitting him.
