Massage Business Owner Arrested

ORANGE PARK, Fla. – A New York woman is accused of running an unlicensed massage business in Orange Park.

Bi Lin Lin is also facing prostitution charges.

Clay County deputies arrested the 38-year-old at an apartment where she ran the business.

An undercover deputy had made an appointment and got a massage, according to a police report.

Investigators say Lin also offered to perform a sex act for $20.

Lin was being held in the Clay County Jail with bail set at $250,000.
