JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man was shot and killed Friday night during what police say was an attempted robbery at a Northside Jacksonville seafood store.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said two men attempted to rob the Golden Crab House at 2808 North Edgewood Ave. just after 6:30 p.m.

One of the workers fired shots, hitting one of the robbers, said police.
Employees told police they had guns because the seafood store was robbed before.
Detectives said that after one of the robbers was shot, both left the seafood store in an unknown vehicle.
Police found the man who was shot at his home in the 3000 block of West 18th Street, which is about a mile and a half away from the Golden Crab Shack. By the time police arrived, the man was dead. His name was not released Friday night.
The other robber is still on the run.
Police continue investigating this incident, including whether or not this robbery is related to the previous robbery at the business.
