Family Dollar store robbers sought

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police are trying to identify two men they said robbed a Family Dollar store on the Northside last month.

The robbery happened about 9:45 p.m. March 28 at the store in the 10600 block of Lem Turner Road.

According to Jacksonville police, one robber pointed a silver handgun at a cashier who was ringing up a customer in line and demanded the money from the register.

The robber took the money, and both men left the area in an unknown direction on foot.
