JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A convicted sex offender was sentenced Thursday in Jacksonville to 100 years in prison for child sex crimes.
Keith Brown, 47, was convicted last month on multiple counts of sexual battery and lewd molestation. Brown was also found guilty of showing obscene materials to minors.

Brown received 60 years for two counts of sexual battery, 30 years for two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation, five years for lewd or lascivious exhibition, and five years for showing obscene material to minors.
"Today's sentence means Brown will spend the rest of his life in prison," said Assistant State Attorney Erin Perry. "While just, this sentence cannot undo what happened to this victim. However, at least she has some closure."
Brown was arrested in 2010 after he repeatedly raped and molested a 12-year-old girl.
Brown is facing prosecution for other sex crimes, as well as a possession of a firearm charge.
