Woman shot, killed in Cocoa
Police looking for killer
COCOA, Fla. – Cocoa police said they are looking for a man who shot and killed a woman at an apartment complex Sunday.
Police said two women were coming back to the Candlewood Apartments at 1080 North Fiske Blvd around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
Police said a man jumped out of the bushes, point a gun at 29-year-old April Williams and shot her.
Police said Williams was taken to Wuestoff Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Police are talking to the other woman who was with Williams trying to gather more information.
