Jacksonville woman subject of Silver Alert found in St. Johns County
Woman suffers from dementia and diabetes
No description foundJACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A woman last seen around 4 p.m. Saturday afternoon was found early Sunday morning in St. Johns County.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said Tanya Wise left her house on Fawn Brook Circle on the Southside to go to Publix and didn't return.
Since Wise suffers from dementia and diabetes, police issued a silver alert for her and her 2001 champagne-colored Toyota Camry.
Just before 8 a.m. Sunday, police say Wise was found in St. Johns County with the assistance of the Florida Highway Patrol.
