Missing college student found safe 19-year-old Allison Moretz reported missing after Saturday night concert No description found
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police say the 19-year-old woman reported missing after attending a concert Saturday night in downtown Jacksonville was found safe.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said Allison Moretz, a Mercer University student, came to Jacksonville with a friend, and when she disappeared after the concert, that friend looked for her and talked with the girl's parents before calling police to report her missing on Sunday morning.
Surveillance video from the Jacksonville Landing showed Moretz walking with an unknown black man between on South Hogan Street at 1:07 a.m. Sunday. Monday morning police said the circumstances of her disappearance were possibly suspicious.
About 1:30 p.m., police said Moretz was located near the Jacksonville Omni trying to pick up her vehicle. According to the JSO's post, no criminal activity appeared to have taken place.
