JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man arrested Friday after a SWAT standoff in Northwest Jacksonville was found dead in his hospital bed Monday morning, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
David Bush was hospitalized at UF Health Jacksonville under the Baker Act after threatening to harm himself.

Police said even though he was in a four-point restraint, he managed to get hold of the emergency call cord and strangle himself.
It's ruled a death in custody because Bush was under the guard of the private security company GFS Security, which JSO contracts with to watch prisoners at UF Health.
