Palatka man, 40, shot, killed; shooter sought

PALATKA, Fla. – A man was shot and killed early Wednesday morning in Palatka, and police are looking for the shooter.

Police were called to the 600 block of North 11th Street at about 1 a.m. and found 40-year-old Iseley Crowley on a front porch bleeding. Police said he'd been shot several times.

Crowley was taken to a hospital, where he died.

Police said they found evidence to indicate the shooting took place in the roadway near the intersection of Bronson and North 11th streets.

Investigators said they found some witnesses who said they heard multiple gunshots but did not give any suspect information.
