What do you see as the top three issues in this race?

• Professionalism, diplomacy and tact of board members -  While we may not always agree on every item that is presented to the board, as professionals and role models, we should be able to express our disagreement in a way that is exemplary to our children.
  
• Working as a unified body toward a vision of greatness for the school district --  When elected to the board, I vow to commit myself to working towards developing a vision and promoting our children into their futures.  We must get back to the business of taking care of our children.
  
• Identifying innovative ideas to increase the unreserved fund balance above 3% - I am not waiting until I am elected in order to begin doing this.  When I realized there was a problem, I immediately began seeking possible solutions and I found a few.
