JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 17-year-old boy is recovering after being shot in the leg Tuesday evening in Northwest Jacksonville. Police said the teen was shot on Norfolk Boulevard around 8 p.m.
The shooters were driving a gray four-door sedan, when they stopped in front of the teen, exited the vehicle and shot him, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
The 17-year-old sustained a non-life-threatening injury to the leg. The shooters fled and police did not release any further information about them.
