JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man was shot and killed Sunday night in the parking lot of a lounge at a strip mall off Norwood Avenue on Jacksonville's Northside, according on the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
When police arrived just after 8:20 p.m., they found a man they believe to be in his 30s dead. Jacksonville Fire-Rescue said the man was dead.

Investigators said he was shot either inside, or beside a vehicle.
Police aren't saying what may have led up to the shooting, if there was an argument or confrontation.
"There were a lot of cars, a lot of people around," said JSO Lt. Paul Restivo.
The JSO Homicide Unit continues investigating and is asking for help from the public. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous and possibly collect a reward of up to $3,000.
