JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As tax season gets into full swing, worries of fraud are always a top concern for consumers and government officials.
Those fears were confirmed today as 32-year-old Fuada Delic, a Jacksonville tax return preparer, plead guilty to aiding and assisting in the filing of a false tax return.

Officials with the IRS say that Delic's plea comes from a December 2013 indictment, and that she faces a maximum of three years in prison and must make full restitution to the IRS.
According to the state attorney's office, Delic was the owner, operator, and sole tax preparer at Delica's Tax Service, when on Feb. 6, 2009, she filed a tax return for a customer who received a $3,323 refund.
Officers with the Internal Revenue Service -- Criminal Investigations unit say the client was only entitled to an $808 return and Delic submitted the return knowing the information contained within was false.
Delic is still awaiting final sentencing.
