What do you see as the top three issues in this race?

  • Balancing growth while playing catch up on needed road infrastructure such as Alta Drive, Kernan Blvd and Yellow Bluff Road widening.
  • Balancing the economic development opportunities brought with the channel deepening projects with private property rights threatened by erosion
  • Playing catch up on park development at Ed Austin and Sheffield Parks and planning for the future needs of visitors to the Timucuan Preserve and leveraging this resource.
