ORLANDO, Fla. – Daredevil Nik Wallenda will walk untethered on top of a 400-foot observation wheel in Orlando on Wednesday morning.
Wallenda will walk between four capsules on the Orlando Eye as it's moving. Local 6 will livestream the feat on ClickOrlando.com and will also provide the opportunity to "virtually ride" the attraction with a reporter before it opens.

Wallenda said at a news conference on Monday the idea to walk on the Orlando Eye came while he was vacationing in Orlando with his family.
But this stunt contains something he's never done before while walking the six-inch, curved outer rim of the Eye. He said he won't use a balancing pole for the first time.
"Because of that structure in the way, there's no way I can use a balancing pole," Wallenda said. "This is the first time I will be doing a public walk without a pole."
The walk could take 3 to 5 minutes and Wallenda said he must avoid parts of the observation wheel as it rotates.
The attraction in the heart of Orlando's tourist district, at the I-Drive 360, officially opens in May.
In November, Wallenda made two hair-raising Chicago skyscraper crossings on high wires without a safety net or a harness.
Two of his previous tightrope walks took him over the brink of Niagara Falls in 2012 and across a Grand Canyon-area gorge in 2013.
Wallenda comes from a family of high wire performers. He is the great-grandson of Karl Wallenda, who fell to his death during a tightrope stunt in Puerto Rico at 73.
