LAKE CITY, Fla., – Sitel, a leading global customer care provider, announced Monday it will add more than 700 new full-time jobs to its Lake City call center. These jobs are in addition to the 300 new hires announced at Sitel's Ocala location in late April, totaling more than 1,000 new jobs for the state of Florida in less than 30 days.
The new hires in Lake City are made possible because of new two new clients: an international payment processing firm and leading television services provider.
Sitel will host an on-site job fair at its Lake City site, 1152 SW Business Point Drive, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, May 18. Interested candidates may also apply online at the Careers tab of sitel.com or by calling 866-430-9983.
Applicants interested in joining Sitel are encouraged to provide a copy of their resume. Previous customer service experience and strong computer knowledge is preferred.
