MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – Police are investigating after a person driving a Ferrari crashed into a Miami Beach home.
According to authorities, the driver of the 2014 Ferrari 458 Spyder lost control while traveling on wet roads around 5:05 a.m. Tuesday. The vehicle traveled across Alton Road onto a property at 6311 LaGorce Drive, striking the home's porch and a tree.

Juan Fernandez, who lives inside the home, told Local 10 News he and his wife woke up to the sound of the crash. Fernandez said the driver had to crawl out of the car but was able to talk to police.

The driver was cited, but police say they did not show any signs of impairment. It is unclear how much damage was caused.
