JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Sources confirmed to News4JAX that former Jaguar John Henderson has been charged with domestic battery and booked into the Duval County jail.
The newsroom was flooded with calls about a large police presence at Henderson's home in Deerwood.
The source told News4JAX that Henderson refused to come out of his home but finally surrendered to police.
The source said Henderson was then taken to a mental health facility for an evaluation.
