Pile, who was arrested about 1 a.m. Sunday after a disturbance at Hog Waller, has been charged with fraudulent impersonation by producing a Florida Identification Card belonging to another person, battery of a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer without violence and disorderly conduct.

Deputy Elizabeth Wisham broke up a fight involving several drunk people at the Hog Waller and Pile reportedly refused to leave when the deputy told the crowd to disperse. According to deputies, Pile began chest bumping and shouting profanities at Detective Jody Hull, who was assisting Wisham.

Pile was ultimately taken into custody and handcuffed. She then presented the identification card belonging to someone else, deputies said. When she was confronted about impersonating someone else, she again shouted profanities at the deputies. Another bystander at the scene finally produced Pile’s actual identification, deputies said.

After Pile was arrested and put into a patrol car, she began hitting her head against the car windows and the inside of the patrol car. When the deputies attempted to further restrain her, she kicked Wisham in the face.

Pile was ultimately subdued and transported to the Putnam County Jail. She was released later in the day after posting $4,016 bond.
