GAINESVILLE, Fla. – A 19-year-old woman was arrested late Tuesday after police said she tried to stab a Greyhound bus station employee with a pair of scissors.
Dasia McQueen is charged with aggravated assault, criminal mischief and two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer.

According to the Gainesville Police Department, officers were called to the Greyhound bus station on 23rd Avenue after McQueen tried to stab an employee with scissors and damaged a vehicle. She was arrested and taken to the Alachua County Jail.
During the ride to the jail, McQueen managed to move her handcuffs to the front of her body. She then attacked an officer in the jail sally port, GPD said.
She scratched the officer in the face and bit his arm, according to police.
It's unclear if McQueen was under the influence of drugs or alcohol, police said.
She was booked into the Alachua County Jail on $140,000 bond.
