Man convicted in Clay County child sex case Robert Macomber faces life in prison No description found
GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. – Robert Roy Macomber, 30, is facing life in prison after he was found guilty of sexual battery and lewd or lascivious molestation.
In April 2014, authorities learned of a history of sexual abuse between Macomber and the then six-year-old victim.
The investigation showed that while under Macomber's care, he inappropriately touched the young girl on multiple occasions.
Macomber will be sentenced March 23, 2016.
