JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Several businesses are coming near the St. Johns Town Center. The area will be called the Town Center Promenade.
The Shopping Center Group bought the 62.85-acre site on Town Center Parkway, right across from the St. Johns Town Center. So far eight businesses are going to be built, including three restaurants, new to Jacksonville.

“Approximately 30 acres on this prime commercial site will bring even more shopping and dining amenities along with residences to this node – continuing the expansion of Jacksonville’s hottest submarket,” explains Tom Mundy, The Shopping Center Group associate.

Construction is set to begin mid-year of 2016. The company hopes to open the Town Center Promenade spring of 2017.
