Greene is still awaiting trial on a charge of lewd and lascivious battery that resulted from sexual activity initiated by a younger teenage boy when Greene was 17.

The next hearing in that case is scheduled for March 22.

Greene was arrested on the animal cruelty charges in 2014 after she and 15-year-old Danielle Dionne posted a video showing a gopher tortoise being lit on fire, thrown on concrete and stomped on until it died. The video went viral on Facebook.

Greene was ruled not competent to stand trial last March and was placed in a conditional release program and sent to treatment. She moved to Nassau County.

She was arrested again for violating the conditions of her released. According to court documents, Greene hit her aunt twice when she was in a defensive position during an altercation at the aunt's home in Nassau County.

The aunt told authorities she was in fear of her life.
