Prosecutors said Gibson was settling cases without telling his clients and putting the money in his bank accounts.

Gibson pleaded guilty last month.

He admitted stealing the clients’ money and said he used the money to finance an extravagant lifestyle to impress his family and to support his alcohol addiction.

Gibson said his alcoholism spiraled out of control until he went thru rehab last July and claims he’s been sober since.

He was also given five years of probation.
