Robert Griffin III flew to Gainesville to surprise a girl who has cystic fibrosis

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Heisman Trophy winner and Cleveland Browns quarterback Robert Griffin III made a special visit to a special girl.

Griffin found out about 11-year-old Samantha Fross' struggle with cystic fibrosis and wanted to brighten her day.

RG III surprised her family by flying down to Florida and showing up at their Gainesville apartment to hand deliver some jerseys.

Samantha and her family were speechless.
