Police: Shooting in BP gas station parking lot

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man shot another man in the head Friday evening in Arlington, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

The victim suffered a graze wound and was taken to UF Health with non-life-threatening injuries.

The shooting took place in a parking lot by a BP gas station at Cesery Boulevard and Arlington Expressway.

Police said the shooting did not involve a robbery of the gas station.

They are interviewing witnesses to find out what happened.

They did not release any information about the suspected shooter.
