Police: Man dies after being pulled from swimming pool

ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. – A man in his 60s has died after he was pulled from a swimming pool, unresponsive, in Atlantic Beach Wednesday afternoon, the Atlantic Beach Police Department said. 

The pool was in a backyard on South Oceanwalk Drive, police said.

The man was rushed to Baptist Beaches Hospital, where he later died.

Police said he may have died because of some sort of health issue he experienced while swimming.
