2 Lake City women killed in ATV crash No description found
LIVE OAK, Fla. – Two Lake City women were killed early Monday morning in an ATV crash in Suwannee County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Kristina Durham, 32, and Ashley Terrell, 30, died in the crash on 45th Road about 11.5 miles southeast of Live Oak, troopers said. A 26-year-old woman was also injured in the crash.
Durham was driving the Polaris Ranger utility vehicle south on 45th Road just before 3 a.m. when she lost control on a curve, over-corrected and flipped the ATV. Durham and Terrell were thrown from the vehicle, which landed on top of them. They died at the scene.
A second passenger suffered minor injuries and was taken to Lake City Medical Center by Suwannee County Fire and Rescue.
