Public Safety, Economic Development, Water Resources. Also a new library in Bunnell.
How can you help voters in a way that others running for this office cannot?
With over 25 years Government experience I know what works and what doesn't. As a retired Builder I know what goes into Development, Planning, and Controlled Growth. Quality of Life in one of the fastest growing in our Nation has been a Priority of mine.
What would you hope to be remembered for accomplishing after serving in this office?
Preserving Sensitive Lands, Save Our Seniors Homestead Statewide Exemption, Founder of our Flagler Artificial Reef Program, Keeping our taxes one of the lowest in the state. Year round volunteer at local Clubs and Organizations.

Education: B.S. in Business Administration and MBA in Finance both from St. John's University in NYC
Political experience: Ran an abbreviated race for the Florida House in 2012 - withdrew from race. First time running a full campaign.
What do you see as the top three issues in this race?
1. Repairing the contentious relationship between the City of Palm Coast and Flagler County 2. Supporting job creators and economic development efforts to diversify property tax base away from total reliance on residential property taxes in Flagler County
3. Update, implementation and measuring achievement of strategic plan goals
4. Citizen engagement through a proactive process
How can you help voters in a way that others running for this office cannot?
I am an empathic community servant that brings a unique combination of education, financial experience, small business ownership, community knowledge and contacts as well as a desire to serve Flagler County. I believe that serving on the county commission is just that; "serving others" and not a career or occupation.
What would you hope to be remembered for accomplishing after serving in this office?
I hope to be remembered as a caring and engaged public servant that always stayed engaged with Flagler County's citizens. Someone who protected taxpayer funds and efficiently spent taxpayer funds and held county staff accountable for their performance to goals. Someone who did everything possible to protect and improve the quality of life in Flagler County.
