Jacksonville police believe person overdosed in bathroom stall

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville police released the identity of a person found dead inside the Blackfinn Ameripub at the St. Johns Town Center last Friday.
David Davoli, 34, of Ponte Vedra, was found in a stall in the men's bathroom.

The stall was closed and locked.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office told us they believe he overdosed and there were no signs of foul play, but the investigation is ongoing.
Jacksonville Sergeant Jay Farhat employees found the man's body after closing Friday night.
