City of Jacksonville's personnel chief resigns

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The head of  the city of Jacksonville's Employee Services Department is stepping down.

Kelli O'Leary, who has held the job since 2014 and was reappointed as director last year when Mayor Lenny Curry took office, was earning $135,000 annually.
