OCALA, Fla. – A naked man who broke into a Marion County house and attacked three people early Saturday later died at a hospital, deputies said.

The Marion County Sheriff's Office said James Raines, 40, died after entering a home on NE 45th Street in Ocala.

Deputies were called to the home around 4:30 a.m. and found a man restraining Raines, who was unclothed and unresponsive, the Sheriff's Office said.

First aid was administered to Raines, who was taken to a hospital, where he died, deputies said.

According to deputies, a man and two women inside the home said that Raines was "out of control" and attacked them after he entered the house. One of the women had bite marks on her body, deputies said.

The trio said they fought back against Raines, according to deputies.

Deputies identified Raines, who lived nearby, and found a woman at his home who appeared to be under the influence of a substance and needed medical treatment.
