Deputies: Man, 19, arrested after trying to set fires around St. Augustine Outlets

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – A 19-year-old man was arrested Thursday morning after he tried to set small fires at the St. Augustine Outlets, including at a day care center, and broke into at least one business, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office.
Constantine Tassopoulos faces charges of arson, burglary, larceny and criminal mischief.

After the incidents around the outlet mall, deputies said, Tassopoulos returned to his car to find he had locked himself out, and approached a security guard to ask if he could call Pop-A-Lock.
After gaining entry to his car, he put it in drive and then got out of the vehicle without setting the brake. The car then rolled into the pond.
Tassopoulos was booked into the St. Johns County Jail.
