Electric car charging station installed in Jacksonville Beach

JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – New electric car chargers have been installed in Jacksonville Beach after they were approved by the City Council. 

The charging station is located in Latham Plaza.

News4Jax was told on Monday that the chargers are not open for use yet, but will be up and running soon.

There are more spots that will be opening up near the main lifeguard station, as well.
