Columbia County traffic stop leads to drug bust

COLUMBIA COUNTY, Fla. – A traffic stop in Columbia County sends two men to jail when state troopers find marijuana and thousands of dollars in their car.
25-year-old Christopher Lendebol and 25-year-old Robert Donoso face drug possession and money laundering charges.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a trooper pulled over their black Kia Optima on I-75 afternoon.
Marijuana and a large stack of money was found inside. Nearly $70,000 were found in a shoebox in the trunk.
Both men are in the Columbia County Jail.
