Deputies said the suspect attempted to pull open the entry doors to the store by hand without success.
That's when the suspect backed a vehicle through the entry doors to gain entry, the Sheriff's Office said. The suspect entered the store, then left moments later when employees who were working inside approached the entrance after hearing the crash.
The Sheriff's Office said the suspect appears to be a white male with multiple tattoos on both forearms and wavy hair pulled back in a ponytail. He wore a "Grateful Dead" tie-dye type T-shirt.
His vehicle is possibly a blue or black Mercury Mariner SUV or similar-type vehicle, the Sheriff's Office said. The vehicle should have damage to the rear and a broken driver's side taillight.
