JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – A 19-year-old man was arrested early Sunday morning in Jacksonville Beach after he stabbed another man in the chest and cut his throat, police said.
Joseph Capstraw faces a charge of attempted murder.

The incident happened just before 9:30 p.m. Saturday near the Third Avenue South Beach Access.
According to a Jacksonville Sheriff's Office report, Capstraw and another man were fighting over something that happened about a week earlier when the man punched Capstraw, police said.
Capstraw then took out a knife and went after the man, police said.
The victim suffered a stab wound in his right-upper chest and a 2-inch cut on the left side of his throat, the police report said.
Capstraw was booked into the Duval County Jail and ordered held on $500,000 bond.
