JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Two women were arrested Wednesday in separate undercover prostitution stings at spas, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.
According to an arrest report, a detective paid $60 for a half-hour massage at Victoria Spa on Normandy Boulevard. During that massage, Elysse O'Connor, 62, offered to perform a sex act on him for an additional $40, police said, adding that when they checked for her license, she didn't have one.

O'Connor is charged with prostitution and practicing a health care profession without a license.
In the second case, JSO said, an undercover detective paid for a $60 massage at A-1 Spa on Lane Avenue South, and during the massage, Cha Young, 53, offered to perform a sex act on him for an additional $40. When the detective checked for her license she didn't have one, police said.
Young is also charged with prostitution and practicing a health care profession without a license.
