Couple sought in purse snatching at Orange Park Walmart The couple rammed another vehicle as they fled, deputies say
ORANGE PARK, Fla. – Deputies are looking for a couple suspected of snatching a senior's purse at an Orange Park store and then ramming another vehicle as they fled.
The incident happened at some point at the Walmart on Blanding Boulevard near Ridgewood Avenue, according to the Clay County Sheriff's Office. Deputies did not specify when.
Deputies said the couple, described by witnesses as white and possibly in their 20's, stole an elderly shopper's purse and then got into a blue Ford Ranger pickup with the Florida tag S348EM.
The pickup struck another shopper's vehicle as it peeled out of the store parking lot, deputies said.
Anyone with information on the couple's identities or whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at (904) 264-6512.
