Police arrest son, girlfriend as double-murder investigation continues

Adult woman, her brother found dead in Argyle Forest home

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The 34-year-old son of a woman who was found dead along with her brother Tuesday night in an Argyle Forest home is now in jail, but not in connection with the double-murder investigation.

Andrew Lamb lives in the East Collins Ridge Boulevard home where the bodies of Michael and Sharon Lamb were found. The son was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is still looking for who killed the siblings and what happened to a safe that Sharon Lamb kept in her bedroom. News4Jax was told the only people who knew a safe was there were her son and Angela Craigo, 30, who lived with him in the master bedroom the house.

Police found 10 hydrocodone tablets in that bedroom -- not in prescription bottles and with no evidence either one of the two had a prescription for them. Craigo was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

There were no signs of forced entry into the home. Police said they are processing two cars, a red Ford Escort and green Ford Explorer, for any clues about the murders.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
