JSO: Woman ejected from car in Regency rollover crash

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A woman was thrown from a car during a crash Monday evening near the Regency Square Mall, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

JSO said a Ford Explorer going west on the Arlington Expressway ran a red light at the intersection of Atlantic Boulevard and hit a Nissan Rogue that was turning left.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the woman driving the Rogue, 37-year-old Tanya Dennis, was ejected and taken to the hospital with critical injuries.

The Florida Highway Patrol said the driver of the Ford Explorer, 40-year-old Robert Isenhour, was hospitalized for minor injuries.

Originally, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office noted there was also a female passenger in the Ford Explorer. She was not mentioned on the FHP report.
