ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – Detectives are asking for the public's help locating a missing and endangered 20-year-old man, the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office announced Monday afternoon.
Arthur Charles Wagner III was reportedly last seen Saturday on a yellow dirt bike in the area of Wildwood Drive, which connects State Road 207 and U.S. Highway 1.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Wagner is considered endangered because his family members told detectives that Wagner recently made threats to harm himself.
Reece Gildersleeve, one of Wagner's friends, said they were out boating earlier Saturday.

"We had a great time -- nothing out of the ordinary," Gildersleeve said. "We got back to wash the boat off, and he set all his stuff down on the water pump box and drove away, and that’s the last time we saw him,” Gildersleeve said.
Flyers have been posted in restaurants and stores throughout the country.
Jody Cowart road an ATV along heavily wooded trails Monday looking for any clues in Wagner's disappearance.
“We’re searching in the ditches. We’re searching everywhere because if he fell and is unconscious or whatever, we want to make sure we don’t pass him up," Cowart said.
Coward and another family friend, Stefan Schuler, searched about 70 miles on Monday. They said they discovered some tracks similar to those left behind by Wagner's dirt bike.
"We don’t know if its his or not, so we followed those as far as we could," Schuler said.
Family and friends said Wagner left behind his cell phone and wallet. They acknowledged he was having troubles with his girlfriend, but said it's unlike him not to come home.
"I hope he's alive. I hope that if he’s out there and he sees this that he actually understands how many people actually care about him and want him back," Gildersleeve said. "I just hope he’s not hurt and alone and looking for help.”
Wagner is described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, and having brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to call Detective J. Cook at 904-824-8304 or
